Fetch Pups provides dog walking and behaviour training services. By using Fetch Pups services, you agree to abide by our terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. We reserve the right to modify our terms and conditions at any time. In the event of any dispute, the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada will govern these terms and conditions. Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in the termination of services.

Fetch Pups Pet Walking and Training Plans Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

​

These Terms and Conditions govern the "Train & Stroll," "Frequent Trainer," and "Custom Pace" pet walking and training plans offered by Fetch Pups in Invermere, British Columbia, Canada.

2. Pre-Booking Requirements

Before booking any plan, customers must:

  • Complete a form outlining their dog's behavior goals.

  • Advise of any allergies their dog may have.

  • Provide any other information that ensures the safety of both Fetch Pups staff and their dog.

3. Inclusions

Treats and Poo Bags

  • Treats and poo bags are included in all plans.

  • Customers may provide specific treats for their dogs if they prefer.

Plan Specifics

  • Train & Stroll: One 1-hour walk per week with basic obedience training.

  • Frequent Trainer: Two 30-minute walks per week with basic obedience training.

  • Custom Pace: One 1-hour walk booked at customer's convenience with basic obedience training.

4. Payment

  • Full payment is required upfront for all plans.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the first scheduled walk for "Train & Stroll" and "Frequent Trainer" considered on a case-by-case exception basis.

  • Refunds available for "Custom Pace" if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled walk.

6. Availability

  • All plans are subject to availability.

7. Health and Safety

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring their pets are healthy and fit for walking and training.

8. Modifications

  • Fetch Pups reserves the right to modify or discontinue any plan at any time.

9. Liability

  • Fetch Pups is not liable for any injury or harm to pets or property while executing the services outlined in the plans.

  • Fetch Pups has Commercial Liability Insurance issued by Zensurance Brokers. Policy Proof of Insurance. 

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
