Fetch Pups provides dog walking and behaviour training services. By using Fetch Pups services, you agree to abide by our plan policy. Please read them carefully. We reserve the right to modify our plan policies at any time. In the event of any dispute, the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada will govern this plan policy. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the termination of services.
PLAN POLICY
Fetch Pups Pet Walking and Training Plan Policy
Introduction
This Plan Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the "Train & Stroll," "Frequent Trainer," and "Custom Pace" pet walking and training bundles offered by Fetch Pups.
Pre-Booking Requirements

1. Complete the provided form outlining behaviour goals for your dog.
2. Advise of any allergies your dog may have.
3. Provide any other information that will ensure the safety of both Fetch Pups staff and your dog.
4. Treats and poo bags are included in all plans. If you prefer a specific treat for your dog, you may provide it at your cost.

General Terms - All Plans
​
1. All plans are subject to availability.
2. Clients are responsible for ensuring their pets are healthy and fit for walking and training.
3. Fetch Pups reserves the right to modify or discontinue any plan at any time.
4. Full payment is required upfront.
5. Refunds available by exception on a case-by-case basis.
6. During walk we split time between working on goals & basic obedience* predetermined with dog assessment form & play/walk periods of about 15 min increments for rest of hour/30 minutes.
7. *Obedience training is offered in short sessions for dogs' benefit.
8. Will communicate with customer on specific requested of walk prior to initial walk & adjust accordingly.
9. Walk will be within local neighbourhood of each dog.
10. Dog will remain on leash unless confirmation of unleashed play/ walk (in approved areas) is approved by owner (50 mins - 1hr walk, 20 mins - 30m walk).
11. 5 mins post walk return to home & leave dog in state requested by customer on booking form.
12. Any post walk communication with owner will be assessed & communicated as needs arise.
